"Jay Allen was our buyer's agent when my wife and I purchased our home in 2008, as first time home buyers. In addition to being a friendly and polite guy, he made the entire process, from the search through the closing, very easy. Jay helped us negotiate a long list of requests as a result of the home inspection. He followed up promptly as each item on the list was completed and made sure we got proper documentation and reciepts for all of them. When we were signing our POS agreement, Jay realized that the seller's exclusion of the shed was contrary to what was in the MLS listing.
